Hi, My name is Chay.  Over the past few year I have done work for Real Estate companies, taking professional photos of their Rental properties. I pride myself on providing quality work and great customer service. 

I am based half way between the south of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, giving easy reach also to Tambourine and the Hinterland. Along with easy access to Ipswich.

Having professional photos definitely helps to give the property a quicker turn around in renting – shorter time being vacant.  Also giving a higher class of tenant.  This in turn helps keep arrears to a minimum.
